Sgt. Ryan O’Neil has been with the Fullerton Police Department since 2008. He is currently the supervisor of Personnel & Training and the Public Information Officer. Sgt. O’Neil is a DRE Instructor with previous experience as a Field Training Officer, the Downtown Echo Unit, and Hiring Officer. He is also an Arrest & Control Technique Instructor, Taser Instructor, and Tactical Sergeant for the Fullerton Police Department Pre-Academy.
Cpl. Justin Melendez has been with the Fullerton Police Department since 2014. He is currently assigned to Personnel & Training. Cpl. Melendez previous experience include Field Training Officer and the Downtown Echo Unit. He is also an Arrest & Control Technique Instructor, Taser Instructor, and Tactical Officer for the Fullerton Police Department Pre-Academy.
